October To-Do List

12:00

1. Get sorted with a car, insurance, tax etc. as soon as possible.

2. Start thinking about what to put on my birthday wish list. So far, I have my eye on the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette, this jacket and these boots.

3. Expand my bookshelf - I tend to read more during Autumn, so I'd love to have a few new additions to snuggle under a blanket with. I'm gravitating towards The Couple Next Door, The Girlfriend and Good Me Bad Me, but I'd really appreciate some recommendations.

4. Watch Hocus Pocus, along with some more horror themed picks. Again, recommendations are welcome.

5. Celebrate my Dad and brother's birthdays - I'll probably have to bake them a cake each too.

6. Do my annual Lush Halloween haul - I'm definitely going to pick up Sparkly Pumpkin and Monsters' Ball, they were my favourites last year.

7. Get out with my camera to take some shots of the stunning Autumnal scenery we're experiencing at the moment. There's just something so special about golden leaves, shiny conkers and vast pumpkin patches.

8. Bake some Halloween treats - I'm thinking meringue ghosts, pumpkin and witches hat iced biscuits and monster oreo truffles.

9. Pop into Primark to stock up on thicker, warmer pyjamas to prepare for the colder weather. Or treat myself to this pair, it is my birthday month after all.

10. Get excited for Stranger Things coming back - Better yet, it's out on my birthday.

What's on your October to-do list? Let me know in the comments!
